PhantomCommit's Customizable QR Code Sign is a feature-packed QR sign generator on MakerWorld. It encodes WiFi credentials, URLs, phone numbers and vCard contacts (including two phones and two emails), and even offers a prank mode that looks like a WiFi sign.
You can pick square or dot modules, drop your own SVG logo in the centre, and set separate colours for the code, background and text. Top and bottom captions, with up to three bottom lines, can use any of more than 8,000 MakerWorld fonts. Mounting options include magnet holes, a solid back, single or double-sided printing, an automatically sized stand and a snap-in decorative frame with a nail hole. The page also explains how to pause the print to embed an NFC tag or magnets.
