Customizable QR Code with Stand is a free MakerWorld customizer by Jinx (@jinx4) that turns a WiFi login or a web link into a small QR plate on its own stand. For WiFi you type the network name and password and the generator encodes the join code for you, so guests connect by scanning. Anything else works as a plain URL: a menu, a review page, a payment link or a social profile.

The Customize panel groups the options into QR content, WiFi, colors, plate, QR code, symbols, mounting holes, magnets and stand. You pick an engraved or raised code, add one of more than 20 icons and set colors for the symbol and text, and a No AMS render setting covers printers without an AMS. Download the 3MF rather than the STL, because the STL comes out in one color. The included 0.08 mm PLA profile prints on one plate with no supports, using about 23 g of filament in just under an hour.

It has passed 66,000 customizations and 5,700 likes since its June 2026 launch, and the changelog shows new options added through August 2026. Several commenters had codes that would not scan; the designer's advice is one light and one dark color, the 0.08 mm profile and a larger code. It suits homes, cafes, offices and market stalls.

How to use Customizable QR Code with Stand

1. Open the model on MakerWorld and click Customize
2. Choose WiFi or URL and enter your network details or link
3. Pick engraved or raised, colors, a symbol and the stand or mounting options
4. Generate and download the 3MF, not the STL, to keep both colors
5. Print in one light and one dark color, ideally with the 0.08 mm profile
