About JigsawMake 3D Printable Puzzle Maker
JigsawMake is a jigsaw puzzle website with a dedicated 3D printable puzzle maker. It builds a flat interlocking jigsaw as an STL, either from a blank template or with an uploaded image as a guide, so you can print a puzzle and then paint it, apply a print or use a multicolour printer.
You choose the piece count, the outline shape (rectangle, circle, heart, star or oval), the piece thickness between 1 and 10 mm and the gap between pieces. Presets for FDM and resin printers fill in sensible tolerances, around 0.3 to 0.5 mm for FDM and much tighter for resin. Besides STL it can export SVG and DXF for laser cutters.
The 3D maker is free, unlimited and needs no signup, and the files may be used commercially. Keep in mind that an STL carries only the shape, so the image on top has to be added by painting, stickers or colour swaps. It suits teachers, party planners and craft sellers.
