About DiceMaker
DiceMaker is a free desktop program for Windows and Linux that lets you design tabletop dice without any modelling. You pick a shape, place text or images on the faces and export an STL ready for your slicer.
It supports the common gaming shapes from d2 and d4 up to d20, plus a skewed d12 variant. Edges can be chamfered or filleted, text position can be nudged, and recent versions accept OTF fonts. A useful extra is automatic support fins for resin printing, which keep the faces clean, and some users also use the models to make silicone moulds for resin casting.
The developer shares it on itch.io, updates it regularly and listens to requests for more shapes, but the source is not public and there is no web or Mac version. It suits dice collectors and resin printer owners who want more control than a quick web tool.
