About this generator
This gasket and O-ring maker by Tinkering User is a fully parameterized OpenSCAD script in MakerWorld's customizer, so you set everything in a form without coding. It goes beyond round rings: there are three shape modes.
Ellipse/Round makes O-rings and circular seals. Rectangle makes seals for enclosures and lids, with separate control over the inner and outer corner radii. 2-Bolt Flange adds the mounting ears you see on automotive and plumbing gaskets, and every shape can get pre-made bolt holes. You set the inner width and length, the wall thickness and the height.
For a seal that works, the maker recommends TPU of 95A or softer. It suits anyone fixing a lid, an enclosure or a small pipe connection who needs a gasket in a shape that is not just a circle.
