What is O-Ring Generator by Koolm?
Koolm's O-Ring Generator is an OpenSCAD script in MakerWorld's form-based customizer, so you pick sizes from menus and never see the code. Koolm also made several of the most used part generators on MakerWorld, such as the Screw and Gear generators.
You pick a ring size from the included AS568-style presets, the standard inch O-ring sizes, or switch to custom mode and type your own inside diameter and cross-section thickness in millimeters. Then you choose the cross-section: round for general sealing, square for flat-sided seals and spacers, chamfered with beveled corners, a D-ring with a flat bottom and rounded sealing face, or an X-ring with four lobes.
Print it in TPU or another flexible filament for a working seal. A printed O-ring is a good stopgap for a hose, a lid or a hobby project, not a replacement for a rated rubber seal under pressure or heat.
