What is LumaForm?

LumaForm is a browser tool for designing lampshades that print in vase mode, and it sells each finished design as an STL download. You can start from an empty shade or from one of the 17 designs in its collection, drag sliders while a 3D preview updates, and pay only when you want the files.

The designer has three steps. Shape sets the height, the top and bottom radius and one of five silhouettes (straight, curve, hourglass, S-curve and dome), plus a fitting hole with E27 and E14 presets, a bulb clearance zone and an optional stabilizer ring. A Woven switch turns the wall into an open lattice. Style adds ribs, rings, twist and organic noise. Review shows steep areas in color on the 3D model and offers an Auto-Fix that scales the pattern down until the shade is safe for a single-wall print.

A purchase gives you a ZIP with the shade STL, the stabilizer ring STL if you enabled it, and a config file you can import later to tweak the design. It suits makers who want a shade sized for their own lamp and are fine paying per design for private use.
