About this generator

3D MakerBench's Cookie Cutter Generator turns a shape, an image or a name into a printable cookie cutter, in your browser, free and without signing up. It starts from 46 ready-made templates: basics such as hearts, stars and clouds, and seasonal sets for Halloween (pumpkin, ghost, bat), Diwali (diya, rangoli, lotus) and Christmas (gingerbread people, Santa, sleigh, nutcracker and more).

You can also upload a PNG, JPG or SVG, where a threshold and invert option turn a bold silhouette into the cutter outline, or type a letter, number or name in one of four fonts. You set the cookie size along its longest side, the blade height and thickness, the grip rim width and the smoothing, and you can cut inner holes as well. A 3D preview shows the cutter as you will use it.

It downloads an STL. It suits home bakers who want a seasonal shape quickly, or a cutter from their own drawing or a child's name.
