ImageToStl is a well known free file conversion site, and its cookie and pastry cutter tool turns a simple image into a printable cutter. You upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or WEBP (up to 2000 pixels), set the thickness and a few other options, and the server returns an STL in around five seconds.
It works best with a clean black-and-white outline, so photos and detailed artwork usually need preparing first. There is no account, no watermark and no payment, and uploaded files are deleted automatically after a few hours, or straight away if you press delete.
This is the quickest option when you already have a clean outline and just need a cutter file. It does not trace photos, make stamps or offer a 3D editor, so bakers who want detailed stamp designs are better served by a dedicated cookie tool.
