What is Bearing Generator (osuushi)?
Bearing Generator is a small, free web app that makes STL files for bearings you print in one piece, with the moving parts already inside. You fill in a form, check the cross-section preview and click Download STL.
The model is made by spinning a profile around the center, and the form includes a clearance setting so you can tune how loose the bearing prints on your machine. Everything runs in the browser with no server, and the code is MIT licensed on GitHub.
It is a simple option for a quick fidget or light-duty bearing. For standard bearing sizes, roller bearings and more styles, Koolm's Bearing Generator on MakerWorld offers much more, but needs a MakerWorld login.
