You type the pet's name and one or two contact lines, pick one of five outlines (round, heart, bone, paw print or a rectangle with a raised border) and MakerWorld's Parametric Model Maker builds a flat tag with raised lettering and a hole or loop for a split ring.

The creator added features through January 2025 and answers questions in the comments. An option shrinks long phone lines so they fit, and the first line shifts when you leave the second one empty. A second version lets you set the text color for a two-color print, and a third puts a QR code on the back of round and rectangle tags, which then print face down. There is also a Bambu Studio profile for editing the text in the slicer, but it skips the automatic sizing.

With about 33,600 customizations and close to 2,000 likes, it is one of the busier pet tag models on MakerWorld. It suits owners who want a quick, bright replacement tag. A couple of makers found the tags on the large side, and the creator points them to the Bambu Studio profile to scale them down. Very long text gets shrunk until it is hard to print, so the creator suggests Arachne walls or a 0.2 mm nozzle.
