About this generator

Creality Cloud Lithophane Maker is a free tool from printer brand Creality that turns one photo into a flat lithophane STL inside its Creality Cloud model platform. You choose a PNG or JPG, crop it to the frame, and Creality's server builds a panel that shows the picture when a light shines through it. A 3D preview appears before you save.

There is almost nothing to set. Only the 6-inch size (152 x 102 mm, about 6 x 4 in) can be selected; the 5, 8 and 10 inch sizes are listed but locked. Thickness is fixed at 0.35 to 2.2 mm, and there are no inversion or smoothing controls. Saving puts the lithophane in your Creality Cloud library along with four ready-made frame parts: a two-piece photo frame, a snap strip and a stand. Sharing starts on public, so switch it to private for family photos.

You need a free Creality account before you can upload a photo. It suits Creality Cloud users who want a framed photo gift without learning lithophane settings. For curved shapes, lamps or custom sizes, a dedicated lithophane generator gives you far more control.
