What is Lithophane Studio (metiutek)?

Lithophane Studio turns a photo into a lithophane panel or lamp shade. You choose a photo (or the built-in sample, or paste one), pick flat, curved or cylinder, and set the width, the thickness in dark and light areas and a frame. Brightness and contrast are on the main panel, with gamma, softness, mirror, invert, curvature and detail under more adjustments, plus a reset to recommended values.

The preview has three views: the 3D model, a backlit view that shows how it will glow, and the light map. Curved and cylinder models are exported standing up, ready to print. Downloads are a watertight binary STL, an OBJ, or the grayscale light map as a PNG, and settings are remembered between visits.

What sets it apart from the many lithophane makers already listed is that it runs entirely in the page: there is no backend, so the photo is never uploaded, and there is no account, limit or watermark. It can also be installed and run offline on your own computer. It is free and open source under MIT and is updated often. The code license does not say anything about selling prints. It suits beginners who want a simple, private way to make a photo lamp or gift.
