About ItsLitho
ItsLitho is a web app that turns a photo into a lithophane you can 3D print. You upload an image, tidy it up in the built-in editor (grey-scale method, brightness, contrast, crop and flip), pick a shape and download an STL. A realistic backlit preview shows roughly how the print will look before you commit hours of printer time.
The shape list is one of the widest around: flat planes, arcs, cylinders, spheres, vases, bells, pumpkins and lamp shades, plus attachments such as night light fitters, LED puck holders, candle holders, frames and borders. You can export the lithophane and its attachments as one file or as separate files. Colour lithophanes are handled differently from most tools: ItsLitho exports a matching image that you print on paper and place behind a white print, so no multi-material printer is needed.
It suits anyone who wants more control than a one-click converter without learning CAD. Beginners can stay with the defaults, while tinkerers can tune resolution and thickness. A few advanced settings are marked as premium inside the app.

White PLA for lithophanes
A lithophane is only as good as the light passing through it. A neutral, evenly pigmented white gives smooth grey gradients, while an off-white or patchy batch shows up as blotches and colour casts once it is backlit.
