About ColorStack
ColorStack is a browser app for multicolor printing from images. Its main mode builds HueForge-style color layers: you upload artwork, choose the number and thickness of layers, match your filaments to a suggested palette, preview the blend and export. It targets single-extruder owners who swap filament by hand as well as multi-material setups.
The same app includes FlatStack for flat multicolor plates, where each color is its own region rather than a blended layer, an image to STL converter, and a lithophane mode called LithoStack. The Pro plan adds one-click 3MF export with printer profiles, which saves setting the swaps by hand in the slicer.
The free tier runs in the browser with STL export, up to 8 color layers and daily export limits. Pro is a subscription paid through Stripe after sign-in and unlocks unlimited layers and exports. It suits makers who want a modern web tool that covers both blended and flat multicolor prints.
