Also by Koolm, this Gear Generator is one of the most popular parametric models on MakerWorld, with nearly 18,000 likes. Like the author's screw tool, it runs a BOSL2 OpenSCAD script behind MakerWorld's customizer, so you work with menus and number boxes instead of code.
Choose a gear type (spur, ring, crown, bevel or worm) or a gear rack, then set shared values such as circular pitch and tooth count. Each type has its own section for extras like helical angle, and the script uses real gear parameters including pressure angle, so meshing pairs line up when you use matching settings. Generate, preview and download the result for slicing.
