About Pulley Generator by Koolm
Koolm's Pulley Generator covers the timing pulleys used in 3D printers, CNC machines and robots. Pick a belt profile from a long list that includes MXL, XL, L, GT2, HTD and T-series, then set the tooth count and width to match your belt.
Flanges can be left off, placed on top or on both sides, with adjustable height, thickness and taper. The bore can be round, keyed, D-shaped or hex, and a hub with set screw holes can be added in metric or UTS sizes, with the number, angle and position of the screws under your control. Tooth clearance is set automatically for printing, and screw holes use a teardrop shape so they print cleanly.
It is free with a MakerWorld account and downloads for any slicer. It suits people building or fixing printers, camera sliders, conveyors and other belt-driven projects who would rather not model a pulley from scratch.
