About Image to Keychain (MakerLab)
Image to Keychain is a MakerLab tool from Bambu Lab that turns a picture into a flat, layered keychain. You upload artwork, remove or keep the background, position and resize it, and the tool builds a coloured model with a backing and a ring or hole.
You control the thickness, backing, hole placement and how many colours the image is reduced to. MakerLab lists it among its multi-colour friendly tools, and the finished design downloads as a 3MF that opens in Bambu Studio with colours already assigned, which suits AMS printers. The same tool also makes bookmarks and other flat charms.
Clean artwork with a few solid colours, such as logos, cartoons and pet drawings, gives the best result, and tutorials recommend four colours or fewer. You need a free Bambu Lab account to use it. It is one of the most used ways to make a custom keychain without any modelling.
