About Parametric PCB Enclosure Generator
iLab's PCB Enclosure Generator builds a project box around your circuit board. You enter the board length, width and thickness, the mounting hole positions and the height of the tallest part, and it creates a base with standoffs plus a matching lid, keeping the clearances you choose.
The options go deep for a no-CAD tool. Lids can use an inset lip or an overlapping rim and close with snap fits, screws or both, with presets for M2 to M4 screws and support for self-tapping screws, through holes or heat-set inserts. You can place connector cutouts on all four sides as rectangles, rounded rectangles, circles or slots, add ventilation patterns, round the corners and add chamfers that help printing.
It is free with a MakerWorld account and suits Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi Pico and similar projects. Measure carefully with calipers first and the generator does the rest. The same author's Electronics Panel Generator pairs well for front panels.
