What is Filament Swatch Generator?

Filament Swatch Generator is a free browser app for making swatch cards of the filaments you own. Instead of filling in a customizer once per card, you keep your own filament list in the app, sorted by brand, material, series and color, and configure the look of the card once. Each filament you check becomes one card, and a preview lets you step through all of them before you export.

The editor works in steps: load a saved setup, set the card's dimensions, choose the hanging holes, set the text lines (for example brand, material, series and color name), then pick the filaments and export 3MF files for your slicer. Configurations can be saved and, if you like, shared with other users as a starting point. The same site has a separate tool, Add Batch Text to 3MF, that puts text and icons on your own models.

You need a free account, made with a username and password (an email address is optional, and the app sends no mail, so there is no password reset). The maker, Stefan from Austria, has confirmed that you may sell the cards you print. It suits anyone building a swatch library who wants every card to match and to come from one filament list rather than typing each one.
