About Gridfinity Layout Tool
Gridfinity Layout Tool starts from the drawer rather than the bin. You enter the inside size of a drawer, drag bins onto a 42 mm grid and the planner shows how everything fits, including deeper drawers with stacked layers. When the layout looks right it produces a print list, so you know exactly which parts to make.
A built-in bin generator handles the individual pieces. You can set size and height, choose a base style, add compartments, wall cutouts, scoops, label tabs or a honeycomb wall pattern, and even draw a freeform cutout with a pen tool. A baseplate generator sizes plates to the drawer with magnet holes, connector nubs and per-side edge padding. Files export as STL, STEP or 3MF.
It runs in the browser, needs no account and is free to use. It is a good pick for people who want to organise a real drawer from scratch and prefer planning on screen before spending any filament.

6 x 2 mm magnets for Gridfinity
Gridfinity baseplates and bins are designed around 6 x 2 mm disc magnets pressed into the corners; they hold bins in place but still let you lift one out with one hand.
