About Ultimate Gridfinity Drawer Configurator
JeanBeraud's configurator on MakerWorld takes a whole drawer and turns it into a ready-to-print Gridfinity system. You type in the inside dimensions, it works out how many 42 mm cells fit, and then fills the space with bins using one of the preset layouts or a manual layout with several bin groups.
Bin sizes, counts and heights are adjustable, and you can add lids with a recessed fit and pull holes, plus optional magnet pockets. A printer preset splits the grid into sections that fit your bed. You can view the full drawer assembled, or switch to a print view that lays out grid pieces, bins and lids as separate parts, and test modes let you print a single bin or grid piece first.
It became one of the most liked Gridfinity tools on MakerWorld within months of its 2026 launch. It is free with a MakerWorld account and suits people who want a complete drawer done in one pass rather than designing bins one at a time.

6 x 2 mm magnets for Gridfinity
Gridfinity baseplates and bins are designed around 6 x 2 mm disc magnets pressed into the corners; they hold bins in place but still let you lift one out with one hand.
