About Spacerless Gridfinity Bin Generator
KrissGrab's Spacerless generator tackles the gaps that standard Gridfinity leaves at the edges of a drawer. Instead of printing filler spacers, you extend a bin by 1 to 41 mm on a side, straight or angled, so the bins themselves fill the leftover space.
The Crazy Grid editor lets you switch off cells on a grid up to 10 by 10, which gives L, U and zig-zag bins that still sit on the standard 42 mm pattern. You can add custom dividers, remove any outer wall, print text labels, add finger scoops, choose magnet sizes, or make a solid block to cut your own pocket later. A matching Spacerless Baseplate Generator, also on MakerWorld, auto-fits a baseplate to the drawer and tiles it for your print bed.
Both are free with a MakerWorld account. The author admits the option list is long and provides a Google Sheets planner to sketch shapes first. It rewards users who want every millimetre of a drawer used.
