About Extrabold Gridfinity Baseplate Generator
Extrabold Tools focuses on one job: making Gridfinity baseplates that fit a real drawer and a real printer. You can enter the space in millimetres or grid units, pick a drawer preset such as the IKEA Alex, or trace a custom polygon for awkward spaces, and the grid preview updates live.
Four plate styles are offered: a normal solid plate, a tray with a closed floor for tiny parts, a skeleton plate that saves filament, and a clip-based plate that needs no magnets. If the plate is bigger than your bed, the generator splits it into printable sections using the strategy you choose and adds connector clips for the seams. Magnet holes, countersunk screw holes, fit tolerance and edge treatments are all adjustable, and the result downloads as STL or 3MF.
It is free, supported by donations, and the models are released under CC0. Anyone filling large drawers on a small printer will appreciate the automatic splitting.

6 x 2 mm magnets for Gridfinity
Gridfinity baseplates and bins are designed around 6 x 2 mm disc magnets pressed into the corners; they hold bins in place but still let you lift one out with one hand.
