What is Lithium Pack Designer?
Lithium Pack Designer is a web calculator for DIY battery packs that also makes the 3D-printable cell holder. You choose the cell type and the series and parallel layout, and it works out the arrangement and shows it in 3D.
It supports 18650, 21700, 26650 and 32700 cells. The holder and enclosure sizes follow the cell count, and it exports an STL for printing plus an SVG drawing with measurements.
The authors say it is for education and prototyping only, and that battery packs involve electrical, thermal and safety issues the tool does not cover. It suits hobbyists who already know how to build packs safely and want a holder that fits their layout.
