About Litho-Lamp
Litho-Lamp is a small free web app with one job: turning photos into lithophane lamp shades. You can drop in a single image or give each of the four faces (front, right, back and left) its own photo, and unused faces repeat the first one. A lit mode preview shows how the shade will glow.
The shape list goes well beyond a plain cylinder: drum, empire, coolie, Pembroke, Bedford, barrel, tapered barrel, square and rectangle, with sliders for top diameter ratio, curve, depth and corner radius. You set minimum and maximum thickness, resolution and a seam blend that fades the joins. A mount ring can go at the top, bottom or both, with a hint for E26/E27 sockets, and the page estimates PLA cost before you export the STL.
It fits someone who wants a photo lamp as a gift and does not need panels, globes or night lights. There is no sign-up and nothing to install.

White PLA for lithophanes
A lithophane is only as good as the light passing through it. A neutral, evenly pigmented white gives smooth grey gradients, while an off-white or patchy batch shows up as blotches and colour casts once it is backlit.
