What is Shapiful?

Shapiful is a freemium browser tool that turns typed text, braille or a QR code into a 3D-printable label, tag or name plate. You start from one of 16 gallery templates, such as an office name plate, a plant label, a cable or zip-tie label, a braille keychain, a QR code stamp or stand, or a LEGO-compatible playing piece, or from a plain text label or an uploaded SVG. One form holds everything: your text, 23 fonts, how the lettering sits on the base, thickness, spacing, rotation, the shape and size of the base, and an add-on such as a hole, stand, pin, stick or cable tie.

The useful part is the Text Module switch, which turns the same text into lettering, braille dots, a QR code, a Bumpy style or SVG artwork. Each preview is built on the server with OpenSCAD and shows up in the browser before you sign up. The FAQ and tutorial also describe adding text, braille or a QR code to your own uploaded STL, but that option does not appear on the public pages.

Downloading needs a free account, and the free plan covers short single-line labels with rougher curves as STL. It suits makers who label drawers, cables, plants or doors, and anyone who needs a braille or QR tag without drawing it.
