About Ambigram Generator
Christian Cristofori's Ambigram Generator makes a single 3D-printed block that shows one word from one side and a different word from another. It is a popular way to combine two names, such as a couple or two siblings, in one desk piece.
The generator runs in MakerWorld's Parametric Model Maker. You type the two texts, choose how they should be seen (left and right, front and top, or front and a 45 degree angle) and pick the base shape: rectangle, rounded rectangle, circle or heart. Version 2.2 accepts every font available on MakerWorld, and the page includes a detailed guide to each parameter.
It works best with names of similar length and bold fonts. Some settings, like strongly rounded corners, take longer to compute and can make the online generator fail, so start simple. It suits gift makers who want something more surprising than a flat name plate.
