What is Antler Forge?
Antler Forge designs costume antlers that mount on a headband. You start from one of eight species presets, such as whitetail, elk, reindeer, moose or a fantasy forest spirit, and a Surprise me button makes a new variation. The essentials are size, antler length, spread, curl, number of points and tine length, plus a form slider that runs from gnarled through natural to polished and faceted. Deeper panels let you sculpt single tines and the surface texture.
The base can slide onto a headband, snap on (printed in PETG so it flexes) or be glued on, and you enter your headband width so the channel fits. A second style builds a one-piece crown shaped to your head from a tape measurement, a camera head scan or an imported scan file. A try-on view uses your camera to show the antlers on your head at print size; it runs on your device.
The preview is coarse until you press Build final mesh, which checks the model and then offers Download STLs: a ZIP with the right antler, the mirrored left one and a design file. The defaults are set for a Bambu P2S, the antlers shrink to fit the bed if needed, and the page shows lengths in inches. The print notes call for tree supports. It is free, needs no account and the code is MIT-licensed.
