What is Babique's HSW Generator?

Babique's HSW Generator makes wall panels for RostaP's Honeycomb Storage Wall (HSW), a modular wall system where printed inserts click into a hexagon grid. Instead of entering rows and columns, you paint the panel cell by cell on a hex grid: click to place, hold Space to paint and Ctrl to erase, with undo and redo. That makes it easy to fit a panel around a window frame, a socket or an odd wall.

There are eight shapes, from full hexagons to pentagons, half and third hexagons, diamonds, shards, quarters and triangles, each as hollow (a normal HSW slot), solid (a filler) or fixing (with a screw hole for the wall). Other tools are mirroring on X, Y or Z, double thickness for border cells, layers with their own colors, multi-select and a live count of cells and panel size. Sessions are saved in your browser and can be exported as JSON.

You download one STL of the panel. The page opens in French with an EN button, runs entirely in the browser and needs no account. The generator is licensed CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, and the page says it is for personal, non-commercial use and that the generated STL files are for personal use. It suits HSW users who want a custom-shaped panel for their own wall.
