What is SKÅPA?
SKÅPA is a free browser tool that makes storage boxes that clip straight onto an IKEA SKADIS pegboard. You set the height in levels, from a 12 mm tray at one level to a 172 mm bin at five, and pick the inside width and depth with sliders or by typing a size in millimeters, up to 200 mm. The preview redraws as you change a value. The SKADIS clips are part of the box itself, so it hangs on the board with no screws or extra hardware.
Everything runs in your browser, so there is no account to make and nothing to install. When the size looks right you download a 3MF file named after its dimensions and open it in your slicer. The author recommends printing without supports at a 0.2 to 0.4 mm layer height. The black and white look is modeled on IKEA assembly manuals, and you can drag the part to flip it around.
It suits SKADIS owners who want a bin that fits one tool, charger or jar instead of the stock IKEA sizes. It is a side project by Swiss developer Nicolas Mattia, with the source on GitHub. The limits are real: it makes only this one rounded box, wall and floor thickness are fixed, and 3MF is the only download format.
