About Hi3D
Hi3D, previously known as Hitem3D, is an image-to-3D generator that leans heavily into 3D printing. Upload a photo and it rebuilds the whole object, including sides and parts hidden in the picture, with a focus on sharp edges and realistic faces. It is one of the engines in MakerWorld's Image to 3D menu.
Several features target printing directly. Auto Character Split cuts a figure into printable parts and adds connectors so you can assemble it after printing. A 3D Relief mode turns an image into a layered relief, and there are multicolor segmentation tools. Models export as STL, OBJ, GLB, FBX or USDZ, and a one-click button sends them to Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer.
New accounts get 100 free credits, and free models are public under CC BY 4.0; the Pro, Max and Ultra plans add monthly credits, private models and commercial use. Hi3D suits people printing portrait figurines, busts and characters who want help with splitting large models into parts.
